IS IT POSSIBLE TO SUBMIT FULL PAPERS AND HAVE THEM PUBLISHED AS ARTICLES?

The full-text proceedings will not be published in print. However, if your conference paper is formatted as an article, it may be published in one of our journals after peer review and the decision of the editorial board. Once your submission is received, the editors will determine which journal is most suitable based on the number of submissions, scope, and journal requirements, and you will be informed about the publication process.

If your paper is accepted for publication in a supporting journal, you will be asked to prepare the full text according to the journal’s format, and the peer-review process will proceed according to the journal’s editorial guidelines. The remainder of the process will be conducted directly with the relevant journal editor.

Accepted papers will be published digitally as an abstract book.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PUBLISH AS A BOOK CHAPTER?

ELA Publishing will produce international books following the conference. Participants can request which book they would like their work to appear in. If the relevant editor deems the topic suitable, you will receive the book chapter writing guidelines. The entire process (review, publication decision, etc.) will be managed by the assigned editor(s).

PAPER REVIEW PROCESS

Participants must first prepare their abstracts according to the sample abstract template and submit them via the conference email. The corresponding author should indicate whether they will attend the conference in person, online, or by registration.

Submitted abstracts will be pre-reviewed by our general coordinators (two field experts with doctoral degrees). If an abstract does not meet the template requirements, it will not be forwarded to the field coordinator, and the corresponding author will be notified within 24 hours to revise and resubmit.

Abstracts that pass the pre-review will be sent to the field coordinator, who will forward them to two independent reviewers from the scientific committee. Our conferences implement double-blind peer review: reviewers assess submissions without knowing the authors’ names or affiliations, according to the evaluation criteria published on the conference website.

Reviewers score the submissions using a 5-point Likert scale based on criteria such as content quality and originality. Papers must receive at least 5 out of 10 from two reviewers to be accepted. If one reviewer accepts and the other rejects, a third reviewer will evaluate the submission. If the third reviewer accepts (minimum 5 points), the paper is accepted; if rejected, the paper will not be presented at the conference. Rejected papers include a brief reviewer report. The review process typically takes 3–5 days.

The results are sent to the field coordinator, who examines them and forwards the final acceptance/rejection decision to the general coordinators. The Advisory Board confirms the final decision, and the corresponding author is notified via email. Accepted papers are publicly announced on the conference website on the specified date.

Note: If you prefer a poster presentation instead of a full paper, this should be indicated in your email.

PUBLICATION PROCESS

Participants who wish to have their papers published as articles or book chapters will have their submissions evaluated through a comprehensive review process. The editorial board will determine which journal or book is most suitable, and you will be informed of the final decision. After that, you will communicate directly with the journal or book editor for the publication process.

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES

ELA Publishing will publish international books after the conference. Participants will submit requests regarding which book they wish to publish in. If the editor approves the topic, you will receive the book chapter writing guidelines. The entire process, including review, acceptance, and publication, will be managed by the editor(s).
