ABOUT POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Posters provide participants with the opportunity to visually share the results of theoretical, empirical, or applied studies related to the conference theme. Posters will be displayed in a designated area throughout the conference. Presenters are required to stand by their posters for a total of 30 minutes, as indicated in the program, to discuss their work with interested attendees.

For co-authored poster submissions, one author must be designated as the responsible presenter. This person is responsible for submitting the poster abstract, informing co-authors about the acceptance process, and completing registration once the poster is accepted.

During the presentation, poster presenters are responsible for:

• Mounting their posters in the designated area on the presentation day,

• Answering questions from participants during the poster session, and

• Collecting their posters and any additional materials after the session ends.

Only completed studies will be accepted.

Poster Submission Information

Your poster submission must include:

• Poster title and topic,

• Responsible presenter and co-authors (if applicable),

• Poster abstract

Poster Template and Format

• Poster size must be 70 × 100 cm.

• Use Times New Roman, bold font.

• Font sizes:

  • Title: 100+ pt

  • Subheadings: 36+ pt

  • Body text: 24+ pt
