REGISTRATION&PAYMENT

Congress Registration

  • Each submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two experts in the field.

  • The final decision on acceptance will be made according to the majority opinion of the reviewers.

  • During the review process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential.

  • Participants may present a maximum of 2 single-authored papers and up to 3 co-authored papers, with a total of no more than 5 papers.

  • Certificates of participation will be issued only to participants who have paid the registration fee and completed their presentations.

  • For co-authored papers, a certificate will be issued only to co-authors who have paid the registration fee individually.

  • If an author participates with one (1) paper, the fee is 50 dolar, and 25 for each additional paper. For example, for 3 papers, the total fee will be 100 dolar.

  • The registration fee includes: Paper Presentation + Participation in Online Events + Participation Certificate.

Participants who have not paid the registration fee will not be included in the program or in the abstract book, even if their paper is accepted.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refunds are possible only if the cancellation is made by May 10, 2026.

  • No refunds will be made after this date.

  • Participants who paid the fee but do not attend, or do not cancel before the deadline, cannot claim any rights.
